Submitted my CV. Then was invited to complete a video interview 5/6 questions. The invitation for the video interview included a number of useful links to help you prepare. I had the choice of answering the questions in video or email format, I chose email. After a week of no response, I contacted HR and was told that I hadn't progressed. I asked for feedback and then was told that there had been mistake and that actually, I had made it through to the next stage. So my advice to future applicants is to always ask for feedback. I was then invited to the offices for a 1-to-1 interview and to complete a maths test. During this whole process, I was in constant communication with Mark Stangroom (HR), who was very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had about the assessment process. The maths test was slightly harder than I'd expected, I'd advise that you brush up on your numeracy by completing practice tests online (i.e. assessmentday.com). I spent too long on questions that I didn't understand and so ran out of time (you are given 30 mins to complete the test). The interview went well. The interviewer was friendly, reassuring and quite easy to read. Most of the questions asked where similar to the ones listed in the email beforehand. So make sure you prepare an answer to each of those. The questions were a mix of technical and general background questions. Some of the questions were quite open leaving you room to talk about what you wanted to/were most interested in (.i.e what do you know about ppc). However, my suggestion is to always talk about the topics that they mention in the email beforehand, i.e quality score, ad rank, keywords etc.

Online tests prior to an initial call with a recruitment manager, followed by an interview. I thought this went well however never got any communication back despite numerous attempts at reaching out via email and phone calls.
