The interview process went really quick. I applied and soon after, the next day, I received an e-mail asking me for the following info:
- In order to determine if you meet the legal work requirements, can you confirm the basis on which you're legally eligible to work in the US? If you have a visa, please name the type or title of it and please add the start and end dates.
- This position will need someone that has deep country knowledge and business level proficiency in the country's language and culture. Please briefly describe your experience in the specific country.
On the 3rd day they sent me an e-mail with a Writing exercise I was allowed only one hour to complete and send it back to them. It was a total of 4 questions (2 in English and 2 in the language of the county the position was for). For the first one I had to translate a paragraph from English to the target language; the second I had to talk about Indeed in the target language; and the other two were very specific to the company in English.
After I had a phone interview and then in person. Phone was a little challenging and involved basic math.
The in-person was very challenging and involved math as well. They asked very specifics about the position and the target market. I feel only people that actually already do the job could reply. But maybe they just wanted to see how much I knew about it but didn't really required it.
