Great interview experience and I knew exactly what I was getting into. Had an initial recruiter phone call followed by an interview with eng managers and then 2 hour onsite.

Behaviourial questions, System design question and a programming question
Long and complicated. Way too many screening calls with various useless middle managers and a ridiculous take home exercise that assumed I would be able to dedicate a week's worth of time to it. Culminated with a full day on-site interview with multiple people and departments where I was asked to jump through hoops over and over. Got an offer but the tech-bro culture on display was not something I was interested in.

Colloquio
1. Phone screen with a recruiter
2. Interview with manager and staff engineer
3. Coding challenge with 3 devs
4. System design with 3 devs
5. Behavioral with manager and director
The whole process took about 4-5 weeks. Everybody was very friendly and seemed like good people to work with. The pay and conditions are very good for Montreal area. I declined because I got a better offer.
