first you will go there and they will make you sit there for 1-2 hours and no one will come then here. then manger of the branch will call you. he will take your interview view and then a personality test will be conducted if you got selected in the first interview level. after personality test on a computer which runs very slow , you will get a call from head office that you are selected or not , they will invite you for the training and if you got selected and complete your training as per their satisfaction you will get a job. if you clear the interview you are selected 100% because they are struggling to get employees :D

One Round face to face interview with Branch Head. Had to wait for long, as the team was busy doing morning meetings. Interview was for half an hour. After the interview it took them around 3 days to revert back.
