Three rounds of Interview, one face to face and other two were on the Skype plus a small IQ exam. The first one was when I received a call from Spain after application and they just screened my educational back ground, my previous jobs, reason for leaving those. The interview was after a couple of days where they have grilled me for my technical knowledge and my actual previous work experience. Basically my resume was the question paper for them. It was for 2.40 hours with a positive feed back. The third and final meeting was after 20 days and my general attitude towards work and IQ was tested with 3 gentlemen.
