In person interview, it was relatively easy and the interviewer was nice. However, the job posting is a little deceptive; you're going to be starting off as a sales rep and then work your way into management. Also, they said there was no salary, this position is commission based which was very discouraging.

Recruited through my online resume, had a phone interview with HR, another phone interview with the Director of Ops, then an in person interview with one of the Owners. Each time it felt very casual, they asked about my experience (naturally). There weren't many hypothetical questions, moreso just talking shop in a professional and timely manner. It felt good each step of the way. The further up I went in the process, I could tell my experience matched, and they were looking for a good fit with the team.
