When I met them at a career fair, they were very clear about what they were looking for and moved quickly to get me in for an interview. When I arrived they were very nice, offered me water, and brought me into an office. The interview was fairly laid back, you could tell they wanted to get to know me on a personal level. When I asked about the typical workload, they were great at explaining all expectations and responsibilities I would have.
