From the first interview with the HR till the second meeting 10 days passed, the next steps happened in three days. - HR interview (45 min): very friendly and polite HR calls you, the dynamic is more like a conversation. - Technical skills interview(1.5 h): panelists approach, five interviewers (3 QAs and 2 HRs). All of them friendly and polite. Everyone asked me questions about the position, they provided real life cases to resolve and there was a practical task to test. - Final interview(1.5h): panelists approach. Five interviewers. Most of the time I asked questions to the interviewers about their way to work, they wanted to check if the work meet my expectations and if I would feel ok with my tasks and processes. Some behavioural questions were asked from head of HR. Final question about salary expectations. - Job offer
