Scheduled an interview after submitting my resume, interview consisted of a panel of their engineers asking me about my background and a few technical questions, then was given a written test consisting for general networking and security related questions.
Sat in front of a panel of people. Asked typical questions. It lasted about an hour. Follow up and everything was done through email. good follow-up and nice response time so as not to linger and let me wonder what was going on. They're always very transparent as to what the next steps were.
