Rather was tested for presence of mind and interpersonal skills.
A few questions on the overall IT service practice.
A few question on general current topics.
Just kept the conversation going and it was a smooth walk.

The interview process consisted of four distinct rounds: an initial HR screening for cultural fit, followed by an intensive Technical round focusing on core competencies. This was followed by a Managerial interview to discuss project leadership and team dynamics, concluding with a final HR discussion regarding expectations and next steps.
