The interview consists of four rounds including the Screening Round, Technical Round and Managerial round and HR Round. I gets to the managerial round and after the interview at first I recieved the mail next day that I have cleared the interview and submit your dockets for further HR round and then after 15min gets rejection mail. I don't know what went wrong and what were they thinking. Before managerial round they scheduled the interview and then again they fail to inform the panel that they have an interview to attend to which then gets rescheduled to the next day. Both technical and managerial round were easy but I didn't get pass the managerial round.
