I got contacted by a recruiter after she found my resume on monster. I had about a fifteen minute conversation with the recruiter over the phone and she invited me in to meet with the sales manager two days later. I met with an account manager before the sales manager and was only asked a few questions, then was asked what questions I had. Have a lot of questions prepared, as it is very conversational based. Then I met with the sales manager and was very similar to the interview with the account manager. After the interview was over, I was taken into the office and greeted by everyone working. I heard back from them and was invited back for a second interview an hour after leaving the office, but decided the job wasn't a good fit for me.

I was messaged by a recruiter on linkedin and had a phone call with her, and then was set up with a first round interview with one of the sales managers for the office I applied for. In this interview I found the questions asked to be very strangely worded for it to be a sales job.
