I applied online through my graduate school. Received an email within a few weeks to schedule a first round behavioral interview. This interview lasted 30 minutes and consisted of resume and behavioral questions. Second round was a "backgrounder" slide assignment on a client ISA was considering working with. I had 48 hours to complete 5 slides giving a higher-up information on the potential client. Third round was a case interview over the phone. If i had continued in the process there would have been an in-person interview at their offices.

Very long. First round short phone screen, second round slide assignment that you must complete within 48 hours, third round case over the phone, final round in the office . The final round consisted of 3 hour-long interviews, each with a behavioral portion at the beginning followed by a case, an hour long lunch with two analysts, and a 30 min presentation of the slide assignment from round 2. All in all, the process was relatively painless but absurdly long. It was also kind of confusing because ISA is currently being acquired by Precision Medicine Group so I had interviews with both groups. My actual in-person interview was at Precision but a person from ISA conducted one of the hour long interviews over the phone (even though his office was located within ~10 blocks of the Precision office and he commented over the phone "Oh I could have just come by in person!"). Overall, it didn't really seem like the two groups had integrated much at all; I asked people from both sides about this and it seemed kind of like a "tbd" in terms of when they would share office space/integrate. I heard back within 1-1.5 weeks between each step which was nice. I'm not really sure why I didn't get an offer; I reached out for feedback after my rejection twice but got no response which was a bit frustrating after the exceptionally long interview process.
