The initial screening may as well have been a pre-recorded robo call. The interviewer had no personality, was not engaging, and had no interest in my skills or experience. Rather she just wanted to get through the canned questions on a list. This interview left a bad taste for the company that I have been following and have had an admiration for so long. Very disappointing. Typically I would follow up any I interview with a thank you email inquiring about next steps. This interview left me with no interest.
