After sending in a very involved application I was contacted by the recruiter. We had a quick chat that went well. I was then set up for a round with the hiring manager and a few team members. It went great. I felt amazing I liked everyone a lot. I thought it was a good culture and a good fit for me. Then another interview with more people from the team. Again I thought it went well. Not my best but not terrible. I asked at the end about the next step and how many people were still in the running. I was told it was me and someone else. They reached out for references that day. I responded immediately. I never heard from them again. I emailed the hiring manager and never got a response. I guess the culture was too good to be true.

There were two interviews. During the second interview the individual was in my private Canvas account reviewing my content. That made me a little uncomfortable given that my current employer owns the account.
