The Talent Acquisition Specialist was over 15 minutes late to a 30 minute interview, and then she was very rushed to get to her next call. Then she called back later when she was also rushed not allowing enough time to properly conduct an interview. Insulet needs to address this or add more recruiters so they can properly interview. My impression is that she was scattered which is a very poor representation of the HR team and company.
