This was my first red flag because why would they be recruiting for a more expensive US-based hire if they already have an established team down there? I passed all the challenges and the interviewers appeared satisfied but then the recruiter I was working with ghosted me. I’ve now noticed the same position has been re-posted multiple times over the last few months. Therefore, I'm convinced they're not actually hiring for this role and these postings they put up are fake.
