Phone interview, followed by face to face interview with 5 members of the team. Things went smoothly, they called me in to a second face to face with the VP and more team members. They told me o was a good candidate then I didn’t hear back from the for a week. Called HR contact who told me they were now on a hiring freeze and would follow up later. Never heard from them and it’s been 3 months. Very unprofessional way to treat someone, didn’t have the decency to reject officially.
