IAS is the absolute worst experience I've ever had in the professional world. The absolute worst. I was put through 6 assessments and passed them all. I then was sent an email asking me to schedule my final interview. Then it took a month to confirm a date that "worked" for them. I then was told that my final interviews would be purely behavioral. Then exactly 7 minutes before the interview started I was told that that all 3 interviews would be technical coding interviews. I somehow managed to pass those and then was told that no one was hired for the role because they were looking for candidates with Masters. The recruiter throughout this process was amazing and did everything they could. However this was the worst experience I've had and it was a total waste of 3 months. Especially because I did everything I was supposed to do just to be told that I wasn't qualified enough for an associate role.
