started off with phone interview- was asked basic semiconductor physics question- basic mosfet qs and some even as trivial as ohms law. heard nothing for the next 4 weeks and then got an email asking me to appear fo onsite interview the onsite interview lasted full day which started with thesis ppt reviewed by my prospective manager and couple of other people. This was followed by 7-8 rounds of one on one with factory managers and other senior engineers. The questions were mostly basic mosfet and diode qs. there were a few behavioral as well - mostly these guys look for someone able to perform under tough situation and not give in to pressure. Need not answer all qs in first attempt- they will give you hints to help you and want to see if you can latch on to those!!!! overall the interview process was done in a friendly manner and even took us out to lunch with some folks to calm our nerves!!!
