I applied online through their website for a Senior Consultant position at Intelex and a few days later I received a call from the HR recruiter willing to schedule a phone screen interview with me.
Few days later we had the phone screen, basically we spoke about my background with some general questions and then he walked me through what the position looked like. The recruiter, even though he treated me very professionally, seemed to be worried about why I was leaving my current company which is fairly bigger than Intelex. I provided my reasons and he moved me forward on the process.
After I few days I was invited for a second interview with the team manager, again questions about my experience and why I was leaving my current company. Then they asked me to work on a case without any previous notice. I was surprised because this position didn't require experience in Management Consulting, which I happen to have, but if I knew that in advance I would be better prepared to develop and present the case.
Anyways, I worked through the case in the time that I was given and the interviewers didn't seem to be interest on my outcomes or even in the case.
I knew already that I would not be choose for the position when I stepped out of the door, but I still consider that as a good experience because I learned a few things more about myself and about what they wanted in the interview.

Eu fiz 4 entrevistas: a primeira com a recrutadora que era uma profissional de uma consultoria INTERA INT, ela verificou dados básicos como pretensão ingles e experiencia. Em seguida, fiz uma entrevista com um outro recrutador já para testar melhor o ingles. Na 3ª oportunidade foi uma entrevista já em inglês com a Gerente da equipe, alinhamento de expectativa e experiências, além de conhecer melhor a empresa. Na última foi um teste com perguntas técinas
