This was an extremely poorly conducted interview. The interview had a very unprofessional tone from the beginning and it only got worse as things progressed. Questions were repeated and it was apparent that members of the panel were not actually paying attention. I have always had a deep respect for Intermountain Healthcare, but this interview reflects poorly on the entire organization. I have not yet heard back, but even if offered a job, I would not accept. This is not the kind of high-performance team that I would want to join.
