Interviewed by a junior staff member with little experience outside the classroom. He wandered passed a few times looking lost before sheepishly arriving late and red-faced. He got my name wrong and then spent the entire interview cowering behind his laptop trying to read my cv, conduct the interview and google answers to my questions. Was unprepared and clearly out of his depth as he asked very basic questions and was unable to do simple maths. Candidates deserve to be shown more respect and not have their time wasted meeting junior staff that are unfit to conduct interviews. Investec should stop filling its offices with life-size Zebras and invest in better staff and training.
