Applied by email, was given an interview time. Arrived on time, the HR person was on time. The interview was about my resume and experience. they also wanted to know why I wanted to work security. they seemed very focused on keeping their customers happy.

I called and instantly talked to the director and he brought me in for an interview without asking me any questions. The whole thing is a scam to get people to take their security course he told me he aims to do 2 courses a month with 6 people in it every time so that up 144 new security guards a year... They train hire you and give you little hours when I asked him how many hours do you think I'll get he litteraly told I don't know we could have a lot or a little it depends I can't predict the future.
