Asked about my knowledge of the company and the role. Asked how I would handle certain sales or customer service based scenarios. Asked what my current manager would say I do well and need to improve on.

I had first applied online. I received an invite to an open interview day for different positions, and I then had a second interview in the office in which they thought I would be the best fit.
