After picking up and filling out an application, I dropped my application and resume off to the same manager that provided the application at which point I was asked several standard questions regarding why I wanted to work at J.Crew and what kind of a position I was looking for. We set up an interview time on the spot and I went back for a more detailed interview a couple of days later. I was asked to interview again with another manager after my first successful interview. The whole process was very fast and cohesive and I was allowed to ask plenty of questions to determine whether the position was right for me as well.
