group interview, basic, just have to be outspoken. don't shy away from an opportunity to speak you want to stand out from the group set yourself apart you want to make sure that they know that you are an outgoing person and very approachable this is extremely important because you will have to interact with the customers.

describe a situation when you provided excellent customer service?
It was overall easy. I was contacted over the phone to set up the interview. It was informal and relaxed. Hiring manager went over some standard questions. Discussed availability, salary
was simple and quick, not many questions were asked, it was a group interview where we helped each other builds blocks and keep it from falling down. The manager was watching us use teamwork together to understand if we all fit into their team environment.

Colloquio
Very easy and simple. Just answer questions with common sense. They ask several “what would you do in this situation” questions and they are pretty straightforward. Not hard at all.
