I applied at a career fair at the university. They called me about 2 weeks later to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview lasted about 30-40 minutes. During the phone interview they ask you to take an aptitude test online. Second round interview consisted of me going to visit one of their distribution centers. Interviewed with the HR manager and then one of the floor managers. They then take you on a tour of the facility. The interviews are all behavioral-type questions. Once you pass the second round interview, there is a final interview over the phone with a regional director.

First you have to go through a phone interview. If you do well in that interview you will be asked to answer both an Intelligence Test and a Personality Test. After completing those, if you do well you will be invited to an on-site interview in one of the distribution centers. After that you are invited to coorporate in Plano, TX. You will tour a facility, and have several rounds of interviews with different members of their team.
