I applied online through their website and received a phone call the next day where they asked me if I was still interested and wanted to come in for an interview. It was a group interview with two other people. They asked us basic questions such as "Why are you here, how did you find out about us, why should we hire you, ect."

Could you give a description when you received excellent/poor customer service?
It was overall easy. I was contacted over the phone to set up the interview. It was informal and relaxed. Hiring manager went over some standard questions. Discussed availability, salary
was simple and quick, not many questions were asked, it was a group interview where we helped each other builds blocks and keep it from falling down. The manager was watching us use teamwork together to understand if we all fit into their team environment.

Colloquio
Very easy and simple. Just answer questions with common sense. They ask several “what would you do in this situation” questions and they are pretty straightforward. Not hard at all.
