Submitted an application online and got called in for an interview. The hiring manager asking questions about my customer service experience, and was offered a position that day, and started the next week.
Very laid back and customer service focused. Asked a lot of behavioral questions and had many scenarios of possible situations that would happen with customers who are upset or request to speak to manager
Questions about prior experience and leadership positions. Explained using STAR method to answer experiential questions. Drilled on resume specific experiences and skillset. Polite and quick process but be thorough with explanations.
