Went to Birmingham, England for an assessment day. It started with a presentation about the company. Then I had to give a presentation about one the projects I made in my senior year. Afterwards I had a group exercise where we had to discuss different parts for a vehicle and pick one. Then we had a role play exercise where I had to play an employee of the company trying to coordinate with a different department to set due dates and conditions about a part for a vehicle. By the end of the day a 1 on 1 interview, about which part of the design department was I looking at, why do I want to work in the company, basic 1 on 1 interview.

Long interview but firendly manager. Load of question about skill and personal Attitude and need to give example of your past experiences. And also prepare a presentation for the interview
