Fairly easy. Asked about experience in accounting. I had an HR phone screen and then an interview with the hiring manager. The entire process took 3 weeks and then I started.
Anticipate roughly 3 rounds of interview with a heavy focus on relationship building and conflict resolution. Heavy focus on EQ and scenario based questions. Be prepared to give detailed examples
