Emphatisch, gut vorbereitet. Keine stereotypen Standartfragen. Keine Psychospielchen. Ein Gespräch unter zwei Menschen mit dem Wunsch den anderen tatsächlich besser kennenzulernen. Leider sind diese Führungskräfte zwischenzeitlich aus dem Unternehmen gedrängt worden und im Sinne des Unternehmens durch psychologische geschulte Anfänger ersetzt worden.

After I submitted my application I was made to do a cognitive assessment, which was 12 minutes long with 50 questions, which was weird for me since I was applying for a retail assistant.

I applied online for a role of retail assistant and after 8 to 10 working days, they called me to confirm my availability for face to face interview at their store. It was very nice experience with them.
