I was emailed not long after I applied to request a phone screen. After a short phone interview, I was invited to an in-person interview with the hiring manager, which lasted around 30 minutes. I wasn't contacted again after that interview.

Did several rounds of interviews with different panels of department heads, coworkers, HR, etc. Everyone was kind and next steps were communicated very quickly after each round. I was also able to ask honest questions about common nonprofit pitfalls (work-life balance, understaffing, etc) without judgement and got honest, reassuring answers on everything.
