Good people and great interview I like how they went into detail about their wonderful sandwich-making process. They also went into the history of making sandwiches the Jimmy Way. I would share it here, but it is a trade secret.

The interview process was simple. Really, two questions total. "Can you make a sandwich" and "how do you work with unhappy customers?".
They were clearly judging personality. The overall experience was fantastic. Everything was great.

There was no interview besides asking when I could get started since I knew the manager, she was easy to talk to. Aside from this, they asked my availability and oprevious work experience.
