There was only one in person interview necessary for the process. It was rather informal conversation, but suit and tie is necessary. My prior job experiences and skills were discussed. I was fortunate enough to have a fraternity brother already working there, so that weighed heavily into my hiring. Overall, it was not a difficult interview.

very simple enjoyed the process, the hiring manger made me feel comfortable. the questions were relatable, and the manager offered lunch after the questions were asked. I feel like the process could do a little bit better on asking tougher questions. but I understand that for my position there has to be a range.
