STAR Based interview, asking several questions relating to different engineering scenarios.
Also asking about different projects on my resume and to explain them in the STAR based format, but also be able to break down the technical aspect of the project in terms that anyone can understand.

Describe a time when you worked in a project and conflict within the team arose.
How did you handle the conflict, and was the project deliverable able to be completed even with the conflict present?
on campus interview. was asked a series of questions using the star methods. each question aligned with one of their core ideologies. really looked for specific examples when you explained the stories (would literally interrupt for a less vague answer)
