It was not a difficult process. The interview was about 30 minutes and I met with the Office Manager, and other Health Coaches. I did return for a second interview with the Regional Manager.

Hiring process took about 2 months. First, I connected with them on Linkedin, then we had a phone interview. Secondly, they wanted me to meet with the HR person but she was never available and this dragged on for about a month. That never happened then I met with the Burlingame Clinician, then the CEO. This process took about two months. Overall I think it wasn't very organized; however there was nothing nerve racking about the interview. Management was very nice and welcoming.
