Three step interview process
1. Screening with recruiter - overall experience as an RVT, what draws you to the position, qualities, etc
2. Interview with Virtual Care Manager - more clinical-based questions (ie triaging patients, how to handle different cases)
3. Interview with head of Medicine (same as above)
