The interview began by the interviewer asking me to describe myself. They then described the position and typical job responsibilities. Then they asked me for an example where I, as a leader, was faced with a difficult situation and how I overcame it. FInally, they fielded questions.

I applied online and I received a call from HR I believe. The interview process was fairly easy thanks to the person I was talking to. The questions he asked were pretty straight forward and at the end I asked as many questions that I can.
