Had phone interview first, and went to on-site interview after few days. They provided a presentation and then a test based on their optical technology. Then interviewed with two engineers around 30 minutes each.

The optical test is not easy if you are not familiar with it
Fair behavioral question and ask about relevant job experience. The overall process is smooth and the interviewer is easy going. Take some time to prepare for company related questions and you should be fine.

Instead he asked me some brain teasers, which caught me off guard a little.
