The interviewers seemed interested in understanding my background and how I might fit into their team, and I left the session feeling cautiously optimistic about the opportunity. However, after an unexpectedly long delay—nearly a full year later—they reached out to me again, requesting that I redo the interview process from scratch. By that point, the prolonged silence had already soured my impression of their hiring process, and I had moved on to other prospects. Politely but firmly, I declined their request, unwilling to invest more time in a company that had taken so long to follow up without any explanation for the delay.

Funny thing is, they didn’t seem to dig deeper into it, and then they took a whole year to get back to me asking for a redo. By then, I wasn’t interested anymore.
