Round 1 interviews with 2 people. First an intimidating Partner who was difficult to get along with, followed by a Senior Manager who was much more relaxed and friendly. Probably did this to see how I'd react in both situations.

Behavioural questions. Not any technical questions for entry staff accountant role. Very conversational based type of interview. Interviewed with manager and a partner. Tell me about yourself, why audit, why kpmg, etc.

There are two 30 mins (total 1 hour) back to back interview person interview with a manager and a partner. The result is provided within the week usually after 1 day

Pretty easy interview process, you talk to a manager for 30min then another 30min back to back with the partner. No technicals. Just some behavioral questions and the partner interview is very laid back and straightforward.
