Very casual and conversational like interview. Lasted around 45 minutes. The interviewer asked questions throughout the interview so that it was a lot less formal and I felt more comfortable throughout it.

The interview was held on my school campus. I was greeted by a recent hire that talked to me before the interview. The interviewer was a partner and took a very conversational and philosophical approach to asking me questions.
