4 stages for the recruitment process. Aptitude test, Business Awareness test, Assessment Centre, and Partner's Interview. You need to seriously prepare for each of the stages, as success in one stage takes you to the next. The Aptitude test is Gmat Based. For Business Awareness test, study the Organization's core values and competencies, then tailor your answers accordingly. It's a situational judgment test. Assessment Centre (You would be ask to choose a topic from options, for personal presentation in 1 minute; team work and presentation; and the panel interview). Partner's Interview is a one on one interview with a partner of the Organization.
Very straightforward interview with two people. A lot of questions in relation to tax law and tax regulations. They also asked several scenario-based questions to assess problem-solving skills and how I would apply tax principles in practical situations. The interview was professional and conversational, with opportunities to discuss previous experience and explain technical knowledge in detail. Overall, the process felt well-structured and focused on evaluating both technical expertise and communication skills.
I got a phone call with an invite to the interview. It was in person in their offices. It was intense, quite short about 20 minutes, and I was asked more questions about academics/school than I expected.

Application, Online Tests, Video Interview, then Assessment Centre including Group Task then Final Interview. Standard process which most firms in the UK use. Everyone was really nice at the assessment centre day.
