Initial online application, followed by psychometric testing. This involved Verbal, Numerical and Abstract versions of the test.
Upon satisfactory completion, a mini phone interview was conducted and an invitation to attend an assessment centre.
HR made potential recruits fell very at ease and eliminated intimidation. Assessment centre involved an email exercise, and two 1:1 interviews, one with a Partner and one with a senior manager.

The interview was friendly and straightforward. They asked plenty of behavioural questions to understand your motivations and reasons for choosing that particular area. It seemed they valued genuine and confident individuals.

Standard behavioural, and some good discussion of the scope undertaken by the specific Service Line. Very friendly interviewers who were attentive. You will get asked a values alignment question and be expected to answer in the STAR format.
