Group interview: grouped in 10, everyone has a print version of the case, 2 associate level consultants watching
1 to 1 interview: just personal questions and chatting, the decision is basically made after they watch the group interview

Mostly behavioral with a few questions about case but not that structured compared to MBB. They also ask questions like "Tell me about a time..." Beyond that, nothing to worry about
I had an on-campus first round interview at the career center where I was interviewed by a principle of the service line I applied to. Generally, it was a behavioral interview that focused on soft skills like leadership and teamwork, as well as some Excel skills.
