Hiring Season = every 6 months after student exams of accounting body local.
Otherwise adhoc hiring as per requirements.
There are multiple interviews. The first interview is with an HR consultant. Next interviews are with the hiring manager. Candidates are expected to work on a business case in further steps.

Gesprächspartner haben die ganze Ablauf richtig erklärt, ich musste durch mein Lebenslauf gehen und wurden auch sehr einfache Fachfragen gestellt. 2 Gespräche wurden geführt, ein mal mit Senior managers und danach senior Manager + Partner. Allgemein sehr angenehme und nette Gespräche.
