There were 3 rounds , HR Screening, Manager and Partner. All questions were related to Excel and business Analytics as it was for Sales Analytics . Got opportunity to work in multiple projects.

Submitted cover letter and CV in response to an online advert and was subsequently contacted by the talent team. Several discussions ensued, including a number of on-site meetings with various members of the team (generally at Director level) and an interview with a Partner. From recollection, discussion largely covered my skills, experience capabilities, and motivation for applying, and discovering more about the nature of the role and work, opportunities, team and culture. While there was certainly an element of pitching and negotiation involved, there was no formal testing and the interview elements felt more like a genuine discussion and exchange to understand mutual compatibility, rather than being put under the microscope (an approach that I really appreciated compared with past application experiences).
