      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Kahoot! (Kraków) nel mese di feb 2024

      Colloquio

      I was invited to book a screening interview on 23 Feb 2024. Booked it for the 26 Feb 2024. Only the team manager was present at the interview and asked the typical screening questions (what do you think are Kahoot’s main values, tell me about yourself, what are you expecting from the role etc.). I felt that the interview went quite well as I’m more than qualified for the position and was very enthusiastic about the possibility of joining the team. The manager told me that no matter the outcome I will be advised of it as soon as possible by HR via email. After two weeks passed and I haven’t received any feedback I emailed the HR lady who was handling my application. She was quick to respond that they have already shortlisted the candidates that will move to the next stage and “even though they had a good conversation with me and felt that I have an interesting background they decided to proceed with other candidates who we felt were a better fit with our current need”. Needless to say, I felt like the lady only emailed me because I chased her and if it wasn’t for me chasing I would have never received a response. Incredibly disappointing recruiting experience. I emailed back to ask if she could provide more detailed feedback but of course I never heard back. Just as expected. Additionally, the manager mentioned that they have four stages of the recruitment process which I find extremely unreasonable.
